Say Goodbye to the Farmers’ Market

Fall is officially here.  Produce will begin to disappear from the local farmers’ markets.  Make sure you get to one before they close up shop.  But before you get in your car with a fistful of dollars in hand it would be a good idea to read Tim Snyder’s "Seasonal Spirituality: The Lectionary as Farmers Market" so you can fully appreciate the nutritional and liturgical beauty of the farmers market.
